ABM Roller Guitar Nut – 7020 & 7021
The new 7020 & 7021 models of roller guitar nut from ABM accommodate 6 different rollers all of which have been adapted to each individual string and the neck radius. They rest precisely with extremely little play to avoid detuning by friction and slipping sideways.
Guitars with a neck width of approximately 41.5mm (eg. Strat) will need the 7020 model.
Guitars with a neck width of approximately 42.8mm (eg. Les Pauls) will need the 7021 model.
ABM uses Bell Brass to make both styles of nut for a greater tone.
Tip: Since the strings rest is in the middle of the saddle, you will need to shorten the fingerboard by 2.45mm to achieve the correct intonation.
